We identify properties which are well located, preferably in a walkable, urban setting near transit, that are in need of a little TLC. Mixed-use or multifamily buildings are our target property types.
Filling in the neighborhood.
We’ll take vacant parcels or obsolete buildings and turn them back into something great.
